"Every time we call we get a different representative. I think that says something right there. The only rep that has been helpful is Izaiah or Guillermo (who is never in the office). Frustration today— I called months ago to get vehicles in one full payment vs monthly. They claim they did that… months later here we are with same problem. Let’s see if they truly fix this issue today— if so, I’ll adjust my rating. If not, point stands. This is just one frustration of many that we have had in our 10+ years with them."
